  Horrible customer service!! I have no idea about the quality of work because it hasn't been done and I can't get a response by phone, email or text. Jim Hill came out and gave me a quote in early March and originally told me the work would be done by the end of March. Then, due to weather, I was told it would be a few more weeks but we were his next job. I understand it was a particularly wet spring so I was patient, but I have gone over 2 months with only 1 email response telling me they would try to get me in the next couple weeks...that was a month ago and still no concrete and no response to multiple voicemail messages, emails, and texts. If something comes of writing this comment, I will update the post, but as of now, buyer beware. If you are not a priority to them, don't expect much in terms of communication or commitment.
